Returns:

  • We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Jewelry, accessories, gift items, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing, and undergarments cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
  • All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes are FINALE SALE.

All returns must have original tags attached to item. All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of item exclusive of the original shipping charges. All shipping charges are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

* Return Shipping is always the responsibility of the customer. *

Return Instructions:

  • To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, smoke, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, perfume free, and unworn as well as unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Customer must email info@hannahgaylesboutique.com for return approval and return address information.
  • Please include your name and order number in the initial email as well as in the subject title of the email; also, a reason for the return will need to be provided in the main body of the email.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days on receipt, you must provide an invoice or proof of purchase. Returns that exceed this limit, will NOT be accepted.
  • Jewelry, accessories, gift items, bodysuits, intimates, and white clothing cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
  • All Sale/ Clearance/ Promotional items are FINAL SALE.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if these conditions are not met.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit can only be used online at our website, www.hannahgaylesboutique.com
  • Store credit is non-transferrable.
  • Store credit will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the item.
  • Maintain track of your return parcel.
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item; we will also notify you to let you know of the approval or rejection.
  • Store credit is issued after your return has been approved.
  • Maintaining the status of the store credit is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit does not expire; store credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account, you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout and on your original order.

Damages:

  • In the unfortunate circumstances that the customer receives a damaged item, you must send an inquiry within 2 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
  • You have 5 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for an exchange of store credit to be honored.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Please submit photos of any damaged merchandise within 2 days of receipt to info@hannahgaylesboutique.com
  • Please include your name and order number in the initial email as well as in the subject title of the email; also, a reason for the return will need to be provided in the main body of the email.

Shipping Guidelines

  • All orders take a standard 1-2 business days to process.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Hannah Gayle’s Boutique is not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damage that may occur while in transit via USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, you need to contact the nearest USPS office and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you when your order was shipped.

    • Delivery Time: 4-6 business day delivery with an additional 1-2 business days of processing.
  • Priority Mail Shipping: $9.99 Flat Rate
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business day delivery with an additional 1-2 business days of processing.
  • Priority Mail Express Shipping: $25.99 Flat Rate
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business day delivery with an additional 1-2 business days of processing.

International Shipping Orders:

  • Standard First-Class Shipping: $21.99 Flat Rate
    • Delivery Time: 14-30 business day delivery with an additional 1-2 business days of processing.
  • Priority Mail Shipping: $34.99 Flat Rate
    • Delivery Time: 10-14 business day delivery with an additional 1-2 business days of processing.
